just get a sticker, unless you really wanna pay $15 to usac for a reissue.
fucking awesome, they should just mail you the sticker...but if you are unsure, email and ask
nicely done. i just got my cat 4 fodder upgrade as well. i need to send a self addressed stamped envelope to our usac rep in order to get the sticker.
